Frequently asked.
I can't edit videos. Can I still use it?
Yes. The app does all the editing. Pick a topic, a language and a length, press MAKE VIDEO and wait for 100%. The video guides show every button.
Is the app in English?
Yes. The app has an English / Vietnamese interface switch. Narration can be written and voiced in 9 languages regardless of the interface language.
I paid but don't see my KEY.
It usually takes seconds. After 5 minutes, or if the transfer note was changed, message the Zalo support group with your transfer screenshot and MACHINE CODE, and Tân Seven will issue the KEY manually.
Are there costs besides the plan?
Two usage-based costs: your own OpenAI key (AI watches scenes and writes narration, usually a few cents per video) and voice characters from tanseven.com for the 5 narrated topics (99,000 VND = 1.1 million characters, never expire). The Funny topic needs no voice. No other fees.
Do I need 15 PCs to run 15 channels?
No. One PC and one KEY can make videos for any number of channels: the app makes them one after another, each saved to that channel's folder. Want twice the output? Run a second PC with its own KEY.
I don't speak Spanish or Japanese. Is that a problem?
No. AI writes the narration directly in that language and the voice reads it. You only need the title and description in the same language (Google Translate or ChatGPT is enough).
Can I ask Claude / ChatGPT about T-TONGHOP?
Yes. Add https://api.tanseven.net/tth/mcp as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT (how to). Your AI can advise on niches, quote prices, create a payment QR and hand you the KEY when payment arrives.
Does the affiliate program cost anything?
No. Sign in with Google on the Account page to get your link; you don't need to buy the app. You earn 20% of every purchase through your link (1,000,000 VND per lifetime plan, 200,000 VND per monthly renewal), withdrawable from 200,000 VND.
How many PCs can one KEY run on?
One KEY is tied to one PC. For a second PC, buy another KEY for that machine code.
What if I change PC or reinstall Windows?
Your machine code may change. Message the Zalo support group with your old KEY and new machine code, and Tân Seven will reissue the KEY for your remaining plan.
What happens when the 1-month plan expires?
The app tells you and shows your machine code again. Click "Open purchase page", scan the QR to renew, paste the new KEY and keep going. Your old videos stay.
Will my videos get copyright claims?
The app only edits from sources you provide, and it filters in layers: mute source audio, block movie and CGI scenes, skip claim-happy agencies, remove other logos, add narration so the video has its own value. You remain responsible for your source clips and how you publish; review each video and read YouTube's policies on reused content.
